About Us

My goal is to provide information and, if appropriate, legal services by representing clients in the preparation and filing of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions under the Bankruptcy Code.
I have 24 years of experience in evaluating and resolving personal and business debt through the use of Chapters 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. I initially engaged in a general practice to include criminal law, domestic law, wills, estates, as well as bankruptcy work. I served as a Chapter 7 Trustee for nearly ten years. My reputation and the increased experience of my staff redirected the focus of my practice. We are now exclusively concentrated on representing individuals and small businesses who are examining bankruptcy as a potential method of resolving seemingly insurmountable financial difficulties.
After experiencing a reduction of income many clients struggle to manage their budgets. Eventually, the homes and properties that people have worked their lives to purchase become at risk. The stress associated with this situation can be devastating in all areas of a person's life.
My practice is focused on providing clients with the facts concerning all the courses of action available to solve problems with debt. By understanding reorganization through bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options, clients are able to make fully informed financial and legal decisions. Dispelling the misconceptions about bankruptcy, focusing on strategies to help clients achieve their financial and personal goals, and helping people regain control of their lives are the most rewarding aspects of my practice.
